Solution :
Delete partition and leave only 4 partition.
This problem is casued by the limitation of the built-in disk management, when you create partition with it. You could only create primary partition if you use the unalloaced space. The rule of the creating partition is when you create less than 3 partitions and it will be showed as primary partition, when you create the fourth partition, it will turn to "extend partition" and you could create other "logical partition" by shrinking this partition, if you shrink other primary partition to create new partition, you will get the error message, "the disk you select will convert to dynamic disk". This is all casued by there's no option to select which type partition you want to create.
